After obtaining my CFC as a commercial employee in 2008 and with nearly 3 years of experience with the canton of Vaud and private companies. I updated my technical knowledge by obtaining the Microsoft Windows 70-680 certification, in 2017. I was then able to work in several structures. I am currently working as an administrative assistant and I am training as a web developer.
With solid experience in the administrative and IT fields, I have strong skills in telephone reception as well as in managing mail and emails efficiently. I have a good command of ERP tools, particularly SAP and IFS, and significant experience as a trainer. On the technical side, I am proficient in the Windows environment and have a strong grasp of the Microsoft Office suite. Finally, I have basic web development skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, etc., allowing me to interact with digital interfaces and perform simple updates.
